The City of Clinton has conducted a detailed study of needs and opportunities existing in Clinton; commissioned an independent study to verify the availability of a plentiful, well-trained workforce; created a citywide master plan to coordinate and implement progressive plans; and formed the Clinton Economic Development Corporation to properly encourage and manage business and job growth.
